Freudenberg IT has officially changed its name after the successful acquisition by Syntax Systems.

China, August 13, 2019 – After joining Syntax Systems (Syntax), a leading provider of cloud managed ERP services, in March of 2019, Freudenberg IT (Suzhou) Co., Ltd officially changed its name to Syntax Systems (Suzhou) Co. on June 13, 2019.

The acquisition of Freudenberg IT (FIT) by Syntax has enabled the Montreal-based company to enter the SAP application market. The strategic acquisition leverages the strengths of both companies to offer clients a stronger portfolio that serves new markets. FIT’s strength in managing SAP applications in Cloud for Enterprise customers in Europe, America, and Asia provides the SAP expertise in the European and Asian markets. Syntax will leverage its existing Private, Hybrid, and Public cloud capabilities to accelerate the growth of the company in SAP.
