China Mobile is reportedly planning to establish call center in Shanghai Haibao demonstration park a branch of Shanghai Call Center Industrial Base. The 500 seater new call center is located 4th floor, main building 8 of Haibao demonstration park.
On 9 July of this year, Haibao demonstration park signed contracts with three main operators in China, which are China Telecom, China Unicom and China Mobile. They would collaborate in call center construction to get stronger through sharing resources and advantages. Haibao would focus on office decoration and estate management, and operator would be in charge of call center and seating construction.
About Shanghai Call Center Industrial Base
Shanghai Call Center Industrial Base was established for Shanghai industrial adjustment and transference of international outsourcing. To accelerate convergence of call enter industy, policy and services, it was approved by relevant administration and established in January 2009. The project called “Three Lines and Ten Parks” in north part of Shanghai Baoshan area would be the driving energy to set up hatching, supporting and convergence platform in Shanghai call center industry.
