However fee factor is affecting subscribers. As per research 63% of them are willing to pay monthly without flow limited or time limited, and the average fee they are ready to accept is RMB 85.53 per month.
40 million subscribers may use cell phone to access Internet
By the end of August, the number of subscribers who use cell phone to access the Internet touched181 million, compared with 155.4 million by the end of June.
