The MIIT (Ministry of Industry and Information Technology) has officially announced that main telecom business revenue reached RMB 769.22 billion from January to November, showing an increase of 3.6% compared to last year.
According to statistics, during this period, the national telephone users increased 75.25 million and the total number now stands at 1.056855 billion.
The following is some important statistics reported by MIIT.
•The national fixed-line users reduced by 3.092 million to reach 318.285 million.
•In November, mobile phone users nationwide recorded a net increase of 9.033 million.
•From Jan to Nov, mobile phone users increased by 97.324 million, reaching 738.57 million.
As a result, the total revenues from telecom business reached RMB 769.22 billion from January to November, showing an increase of 3.6%.(Paul)
