China Mobile has made an announcement on the pushase of IP PBX equipments in 2010.The project number is GKZB_YX_CG [2010] 005. Accroding to the announcement, the total equipments to be purchased is to the tune of 3 million lines.
This purchasing plan is to take place in the form of competitive bidding. The bidding companies need to meet some necessary requirements, including certificate of recognition by ISO 9000, ability to provide IP PBX products and services, capital of over CNY 100 million for agent, among other such things.
Those companies who haven't taken part in China Mobile Research's IP PBX test projects should also provide the certificate for IP PBX project from China's three operators--China Mobile, China Telecom and China Unicom.
To get the documents related to this purchase, a company needs to pay CNY 1000, in cash or in cheque.(Paul)
