Xia Wu, the Analyst of Sinotes Consultant said, since August 2009, Fetion membership applied a new business model, which aimed at promoting revenue, but lost some subscribers in the way at the same time.
In Q3 of 2009 Tencent financial report shows that its mobile and value-added services gained 0.45 billion yuan, down 5.1% compare to last quarter. The main reason behind decrease was lower liquidate rate and revenue decreased in mobile voice value-added services (includes the legacy of the Coloring Ring Back Tone service).
