Dell and Infobird, one of Chinese leading call center and cloud computing services provider, reportedly have signed a memorandum to offer cloud computing-based call center solutions in China.
The pre-contract aims to explore the huge potential of cloud computing technology in Chinese market. The two companies are discussing in details the co-operation agreement.
The main goal of this partnership is aimed at delivering enterprise-class Internet communications platform for Chinese companies and enterprises.
This cooperation is expected to make a impact on the majority of Dell's SMB customers, as Infobird is going to provide them with cloud computing services platform.
Dell selected Infobird as it's platform is expected to help enterprises reduce operational costs and improve efficiency. Under the contract, Infobird would deliver it’s services through Dell’s powerful direct marketing channels. (Paul)
