6月17日（昨天）微软CEO Satya Nadella宣布内部一场大的高层人士重组，其中前诺基亚 CEO Stephen Elop （埃洛普）将离开微软，埃洛普在职诺基亚期间，诺基亚手机部门由盛而衰，最终导致在2013年被微软收购，他由此被认为是微软植入诺基亚的“木马”。

埃洛普于2008年加入微软，起初主管其旗下的Office和Dynamics产品线的业务部门，2010年9月，埃洛普从Olli-Pekka Kallasvuo 手中接过了诺基亚总裁的职务，也成为了诺基亚有史以来首位非芬兰籍CEO。

在主政诺基亚期间，埃洛普曾在备忘录里称诺基亚是一座燃烧的油井平台，急需跳海自救。而他的做法是不断淡化塞班系统，并在任期间不断进行裁员和关闭诺基亚工厂，并积极促进诺基亚和微软WP系统的融合。

埃洛普最终把诺基亚的下一步赌在微软平台上，但并没有挽救诺基亚颓势，一代王者最终急速陨落。自此微软阴谋说、埃洛普木马说喧嚣尘上，甚至在全球移动设备大会上都有人当面向埃洛普质疑否是为微软派来的间谍。而至微软宣布71亿美元收购诺基亚手机业务，埃洛普的木马身份就再也没有摘掉。

之后埃洛普重回微软，主要负责微软硬件和 Lumia 手机。现在 Stephen Elop 和 Satya Nadella 都认为“是恰当的时间点离开微软”，而此举在外界看来更像是埃洛普使命完成后的一种结束方式。

高层重组之后微软操作系统部门负责人 Terry Myerson 将拥有更大权力，掌管微软 Windows 和设备部门，负责操作系统和微软设备。Scott Guthrie 将继续领导云和企业部门，Qi Lu 继续管理应用与服务部门。以下是微软高层的全新名单：
